Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to everyone on the exchange, on both sides. It is part of the Terms of Service, and breaching it is grounds for suspending routing, holding earnings, or closing an account.
Do not use the exchange to
- Break the law, or help someone else break it.
- Attack systems: intrusion, credential stuffing, malware, or building tooling whose purpose is to do those things.
- Generate sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises a real person without consent. This is the one line where a single incident ends an account.
- Harass, threaten, defame or stalk a person, or generate content designed to do so.
- Impersonate a real person or organisation, or produce material intended to deceive people about who authored it.
- Run scaled disinformation, political manipulation, or coordinated inauthentic activity.
- Circumvent a provider's safety systems, or use the exchange as a route around a suspension you received elsewhere.
- Extract or resell the exchange itself — reselling access, sublicensing your token, or operating a competing market on top of it.
- Process payments for something other than what you told us it was, or use the service to launder funds.
The providers whose capacity is routed have their own usage policies, and those apply to what you send just as ours do. A request that breaches a provider's policy is not made acceptable by arriving through us.
Rules specific to sellers
- Only connect an account you own and control yourself. Not an employer's, not a shared one, not one you borrowed.
- Do not connect an account obtained fraudulently, or one already suspended by its provider.
- Do not declare a plan tier other than the one the seat is actually on. Mis-declaration mis-prices the seat and misstates what buyers are paying for.
- Do not attempt to identify buyers, or to capture, log or reconstruct their requests.
- Do not automate around the recovery ceiling — for example by cycling accounts to keep serving past it.
Rules specific to buyers
- Do not attempt to identify the account or the person serving you.
- Do not probe for, or try to exploit, the seller's underlying account — including trying to make it reveal its own identity or billing.
- Do not resell your token or share it outside your own organisation.
- Do not use the exchange to benchmark, scrape or replicate a provider's model for a competing product where that provider's terms prohibit it.
How this is enforced
We act on reports and on our own monitoring of routing behaviour — never by reading routed content, which we do not retain. Depending on severity we may warn, suspend routing, hold earnings pending review, or close an account. For anything involving the safety lines above, we act first and discuss afterwards.
